Organic Agriculture
In addition to wine production, we also diversify farming other fruits, always maintaining the focus on organic farming. We have already harvested apples of various varieties and table grapes, intended for sale in local markets.
PIONEERS
We are pioneers in the production of organic wine on the Setúbal peninsula, with a production of 80,000 liters. The vineyard is a vital part of this biological project, covering around 25 hectares. This is an organic vineyard from scratch, where we cultivate a selection of the best regional grape varieties, combined with some national and international varieties. The selection of grape varieties is carefully harvested manually to guarantee the quality of the bunches.
